Capella Consultancy are responsible for managing the redevelopment of the Ravenscraig site, one of the largest urban regeneration projects in Europe, on behalf of the joint venture company that owns the site – Ravenscraig Ltd, which consists of Wilson Bowden, Scottish Enterprise and Corus.

Capella Consultancy manages the construction, letting & sales of Wilson Bowden’s portfolio of Scottish Commercial developments. This has included Building 4, Atlantic Quay and the Capella Consultancy building, both situated in Glasgow’s IFSD in the Broomielaw area of the City. Capella Consultancy also manages the development, letting & sale of office and industrial premises at Gateway Glasgow, a 100 acre campus in Glasgow’s East End.
