Capella Developments first major scheme will be the 165,000 sq. ft Atlantic Square office, retail and residential development, which is part of Atlantic Quay in the heart of Glasgow’s International Financial Services District.
The £70m Atlantic Square development will comprise two office buildings of 120,655 sq. ft and 40,000 sq. ft along with 62 residential apartments and ground-floor retail and leisure space. This site was acquired in summer 2008 with financial assistance from Taylor Clark Ltd.
